FAQs

1

What services do you offer?

We focus on the things that too often get overlooked, hormonal and weight changes, reproductive and sexual health, mental wellness, lifestyle, and preventative care. If something feels off and you haven't gotten real answers elsewhere, that's exactly what Alluvita is here for.

How do I get started?

2

If you're not sure where to begin, that's okay — most women who come to Alluvita feel the same way. Simply book your initial 45-minute consultation and show up as you are. Our physicians are here to listen without judgment, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and build a care plan that's uniquely yours

What makes you different?

3

Honestly? We listen. We know that sounds simple, but for so many women it's been the missing piece. Our physicians take the time to truly understand what you're experiencing before recommending anything — and because we're private pay, there's no insurance company dictating how much time we spend with you or what we can discuss. It's just you and a physician who genuinely wants to help.

What do I need to know before my visit?

4

Before your appointment, you'll receive an intake form and patient agreements via email. We ask that you complete these ahead of time (not to add to your to-do list) but because we genuinely want to make the most of your time with the physician. When your doctor has the chance to review your information before you arrive, your visit becomes a real conversation rather than a getting-to-know-you scramble. More productive, more personal, and more valuable for you.

What should I bring to my appointment?

5

The most important thing you can bring is honesty, the more openly you can share what you've been experiencing, the better we can help. Beyond that, bring your driver's license, and notes on symptoms you've been tracking or experiencing. Nothing needs to be perfectly organized, we'll work through it together.

How much does an office visit cost?

6

Your initial 45-minute consultation is $359. After that, you have the flexibility to pay as you go or save with one of our care bundles — whichever works best for you. Visit our Pricing page for a full breakdown of visit costs and bundle options

Can I use HSA for my payment?

7

Alluvita visits may be eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement. We don't bill insurance for physician visits, but bloodwork and prescriptions are typically covered by your insurance plan. Visit our Pricing page for more details, and always check with your insurance provider.

Who will be treating me?

8

You'll be seen by a specialty physician: experienced, vetted, and genuinely invested in women's health. Our doctors choose to be part of the Alluvita collective because they believe every woman deserves more than a rushed appointment and a generic plan. You're in good hands.

What if I have to cancel?

9

We understand that life happens and plans change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 fee. If you miss your appointment without notice, a $50 no-show fee applies. For visits covered under a care bundle, the same policies apply, however your bundle visit will not be forfeited with a proper cancellation. We just ask for the courtesy of letting us know as soon as you can.

Can I get a refund?

10

All completed visit fees are non-refundable, when you book with Alluvita, you are paying for your physician's time and expertise, and that time is reserved exclusively for you. Care bundles are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase. Unused bundle visits cannot be carried over into the following year. We encourage you to schedule your visits consistently throughout the year to get the most out of your investment in your health.
