CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and plans change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting. Please review the policy below carefully.
Cancellation Notice Requirement
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge — we will reschedule you at no cost
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: $75 cancellation fee
No-shows (missed appointment without notice): 100% of the cost of the appointment missed will be charged to your card on file.

Bundle Visits
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all visits covered under a care bundle. Bundle visits will not be forfeited with proper cancellation notice, you will simply be rescheduled at no additional charge. The $75 late cancellation fee and 100% of the appointment fee is the no-show fee will be billed separately from your bundle.
Policy Modifications
Alluvita reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Patients will be notified of any changes prior to their next scheduled visit.
